Do I need to be a Mississippi resident to register and/or to play?

No, you do not need to be a resident of Mississippi. However you must be within the borders of the state of Mississippi to register and play our games. If you travel outside the state of Mississippi, you will not be able to play until you are once again within the borders of Mississippi.
